Why practising Yoga?

For me, like most people, yoga has changed and continues to change their lives in every way. Once you enter this path, many doors begin to open that lead you on the path of healing (physical, mental, emotional), finding balance and peace within yourself, self-discovery and expansion in your way of seeing the world around you. But that is already going too far, the first thing is to simply go to class, give yourself this time to move your body and breathe with it, and only that is creating space for wonderful things to happen.

Benefits of doing Yoga:

-Yoga improves: Flexibility, mental health, balance, self-esteem, bone health, posture and body awareness

-It helps with stress relief and better sleep

-It reduces inflammation and boost your immune system

-It reduces anxiety and help lift depression

-It will increase your physical, mental and emotional strength in general.

Would you like a private class?

I like to teach a free style class where I combine the traditional practise of Hatha yoga (Joints movement, breathing techniques, Sun salutation, holding poses) and the Elemental Vinyasa (a practice that work with the elements and the chakras) Earth, water, Fire, Air, Space...so we will practice taking into account the energy of the person or a group, the present climate and the moon phase. 

I also introduce some sound healing using the voice and the sound of some musical instruments.
