About Sound Healing:
Sound healing or sound therapy is a complementary therapy that above all it will help you to relax (many health problems we have are stress-related).

The sounds will help you to release unwanted energy and empower the areas where there is deficiency, balancing the chakras and the different layers of your being (physical, emotional, mental, soul and spirit).
​
In sound healing we work with healing sounds, music, mantras, the power of intention and unconditional love.
​
Some of the benefits of sound therapy:
-Improves and relieves symptoms of stress and anxiety
-Improves circulation and blood flow
-Stimulates the immune system
-It takes you to a state of relaxation that relieves physical pain
-Increases mental and emotional clarity
-Recover your natural state of balance at the energy level (chakras)

I use instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and more.
-Group session:
In a group session instruments are played off the body. It is recommended if you would like to have a relaxing and meditative experience and also to have fun with the energy and the support of the group.
​
-Private session:
In the one-on-one session the instruments are played directly on the body. It is recomeneded if you would like to work on specific issue and want to have a deeper healing and a personal journey.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
*It is not recomended during pregnancy (first Trimester) or if you suffer from epilepsy.
